Decal Materials

We use premium vinyl with unique surface finishes made from polyurethane film. Raw materials are ecologically inert and do not contain PVC or heavy metals (in accordance with Oeko-Tex Standard 100).

Thickness of the film varies between 50-60 microns (USA: 2-2.4 mils) and 120-170 microns (USA: 4.7-6.7 mils) for heavily textured flex vinyl. We may stack several different films on top of each other to create a thicker composite.

Decals are permanently applied to garments with a high-temperature heat press. Vinyl is flexible and very durable, but to ensure minimum tear, please:

  • wash preferably at 40°C (60°C max) and turn apparel inside-out before washing
  • do not bleach or use any aggressive washing products
  • do not dry-clean
  • tumble-drying is ok
  • try to not wrinkle apparel excessively
  • iron on backside or use a protective cloth at low-medium temperature (not exceeding 130°C)
  • do not iron over the decals (no direct contact with the iron)
