Membership program

ELECTEE provides selected products and content only to customers enlisted in our membership program. Membership enlistment is at ELECTEE’s discretion. Membership cannot be purchased directly, only granted by ELECTEE or authorized agents thereof. We generally offer membership enlistment to recurring customers as a reward, after a certain volume of sales is complete.

We reserve the right to revoke a membership and cease communications without notice. You will have no claim for the loss of ELECTEE Member benefits in the event of a cancellation of your ELECTEE membership.

ELECTEE Members are additionally entitled to a 10% discount off all full price merchandise. Member discount is not valid on sale items, or in conjunction with any other discount, unless specified by ELECTEE. Member benefits will only be given upon logging into our online store using your email address and password.

To receive your Birthday surprise please ensure you provide a valid email address and your date of birth as these are sent via email on the day of your birthday. Birthday vouchers which are not received due to an incorrect or incomplete email address or birth date will not be replaced.

Information concerning ELECTEE Members, including information collected in the registration process, will be held in a database and used and disclosed only in accordance with the ELECTEE Privacy Policy.

ELECTEE may amend or replace these Terms and Conditions and the benefits of the ELECTEE Member program at any time without notice. ELECTEE will notify all members of material changes to our membership program by sending them a notice to their email address and displaying a notice indicating the changes on the ELECTEE website.
