How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order on Track my order page. You will need the order # and the email address used to place it to access your information. If you somehow lost any of this information, please feel free to contact us.
What is you exchange/return policy?
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return any unwashed and unworn item for a full refund less shipping charges within 30 days of purchase. Please read the full policy on our Returns & Exchanges page.
I bought this product last week and now it’s on sale!
Occasionally, we adjust the pricing on our items. Unfortunately, we do not offer a price guarantee, so we can’t provide a partial refund for an item that goes on sale after you purchased it. To be notified of when items go on sale, you can subscribe to our e-mail newsletter or follow us on Facebook.
I forgot to use my coupon!
We’re sorry but we can not apply a coupon to an already existing order, please save it for next time.
Why was I asked to show my ID to place my purchase?
For mutual protection we may ask for a copy of your ID to verify the authenticity of your order. Once you have verified your order, you will not be asked again.
Why was I charged sales tax?
Ho7 has to charge sales tax (GST) in Slovenia as we have physical locations here. There isn’t a way around this. “Render unto Caesar the things that are Caesar’s, and unto God the things that are God’s.”
Why are you not replying to my emails?
Please add electee.net to your contacts and/or check your spam box as we always answer all Electee related questions within 24 hours (except weekends and holidays).
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes we do! We offer free domestic shipping (Slovenia) on orders over 60 € and free international shipping on orders over 200€ (or your currency equivalent).
I have not received my order yet!
Please wait 1 business day to receive your tracking number. If you have not yet received it via e-mail (check your spam box) please contact us for the tracking number. Keep in mind that most tracking systems may take up to 1 business day to yield any useful info. If it has been over 2 weeks since you received tracking number for your order, or over 5 weeks for your international order, please contact our customer support.
My package was late, can I get my shipping fees refunded?
If your order was delayed due to Electee, we will issue a refund for the shipping fees. If your order is late due to reasons other than the fault of Electee (factors that disrupt the air and ground transportation systems, weather conditions, natural disasters, or an act of God) we will not issue a refund. All shipping times on our FAQ are “estimates” and do not qualify for a refund if they are not delivered on within the time frame on our FAQ.
What fabrics do you use?
Our t-shirts shirts are the softest, smoothest, best-looking T-shirt available anywhere.
They are made of 100% Fine Jersey cotton, combed for softness and comfort.
Do your offer Tall, Maternity, Children or Plus sizes?
Indeed we do! You can have most of our products tailored and made to you exact specifications. You can choose apparel type, colour, size, custom fitting, etc. We take some exceptions with our limited edition and/or members only products – these products can only be customized to a certain degree (usually size).
Who designs your products?
We design everything ourselves, in-house. The creative process always starts differently, but always ends in beautiful apparel!
Can I submit my own idea?
Sadly, we cannot accept unsolicited designs. You may, however, get in touch and we’ll discuss more about it. It has to do with non-transferable intellectual design protection rights, or something. The lawyer said it. At least we think it was the lawyer. He was wearing a suit.
